We waste nothing. Dried leaves are composted, Wasted food are fed to animals and Fish, Hay from paddy cultivation is used for the cows, the coconut leaves are recycled or used for thatched roofs, the wood from large logs are converted to products and the smaller pieces are woods are used for crafts. What remains are usually composted to be used in the farm. With a zero waste philosophy we ensure maximum resource usage and minimal impact on the environment.
With Natural farming practices, we ensure that our need to use pesticides and chemicals are zero. Though we market ourselves as a mango farm, we are sustainable farmers with multiple crops integrated in the mango plantation including sapota, Sitafal (Custard apple), Bananas, Vegetables, Spices (Black Pepper) and more in the same area.
