We currently ship orders across India.
International shipping is planned for the future. At present, orders placed through our website are shipped only to eligible addresses within India.
Processing Time
Orders are generally processed and prepared for dispatch within 2 working days after the order is confirmed.
Processing times may occasionally vary due to weekends, public holidays, product availability or other operational circumstances.
Delivery Time
Orders are generally delivered within 7 working days from dispatch, depending on the delivery location and postal service conditions.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, transportation delays and other circumstances affecting postal services.
Shipping Partner
We currently use India Post for shipping and delivery of orders.
Shipping Charges
Prepaid Orders
We offer free shipping on prepaid orders across India.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Cash on Delivery orders are subject to an additional ₹50 COD handling/shipping charge.
The applicable charge, if any, will be shown to the customer during the checkout process before the order is placed.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be shared with you through:
- SMS; and/or
Customers can use the tracking information provided to monitor the status of their shipment.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct PIN code and contact details.
Amra Farms may not be responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
